VersionX 3.1.3

The latest version of VersionX is out for download. Version 3.1.3-pl brings some bug fixes and updates to the latest compatible version of the Carbon dependency. Two extra fields have been added to saved delta fields to more accurately preserve types when reverting. A bug was fixed where a blank array was being created as the first element when splitting property fields. An occasional null type error when running the migration script on resources without TV values was fixed thanks to a PR by @matdave. Also a browser console error was fixed when loading the dashboard widget - this didn't cause any practical issues, but it's good to have it cleared up!

VersionX 3.1.3-pl is available on the modmore package provider, and will be coming to the core MODX provider very soon.
