Holiday Availability
You've probably noticed, but the holiday season is in the air again. We're also going to be enjoying some down time with family and friends, which has an impact on our support coverage. This is what our support coverage looks like in the next few weeks:

Green = normal support, blank = emergencies only, orange = normal weekend support.
We'll monitor for emergencies at all times (such as broken sites), but the majority of non-urgent tickets will not be handled until after the holidays.
Billing Offline from Dec 30th - January 2nd
On December 30th, late in the day, we will also take the billing engine offline for the biggest update to our systems yet. This means you will not be able of purchasing new licenses, and part of the account section will be unavailable. As soon as the update is complete and the deployment process verified to be working, we will bring the billing back online. We're expecting this to be on January 2nd.
The rest of the site, including the documentation and package provider, should remain unaffected during this time. As we'll be making changes to the site configuration to implement a new deployment process (powered by Gitify), it is possible there will be incidental downtime or random issues during this time. If these last longer than a couple of minutes, we'll post this on our Status Page.
