Introducing our support portal and forums
At modmore, one of the top items on our agenda is to provide the best support for our customers that we can.
We believe that providing great support is one of the best forms of marketing that we can do. Help as best we can, in the hope that you get the most from our products and then tell all your friends about us (nothing’s better than word-of-mouth referrals, right?).
Over the past couple of years, we’ve responded to over 2,600 support tickets with 93% of those receiving a “Great” rating.
To make our support even better, we’re introducing a support portal and community forums.
The support portal includes FAQs for all of our products and it’s something we’ll be improving over time. If you have an issue or question, the FAQ page is the best place to start. Chances are, we’ll have your question answered.
We also have brand new community forums. We’ll post about updates to Extras and answer any questions you have about our Extras or MODX. We also hope it’ll grow to include topics outside of MODX.
And, of course, you can still email us if you need help. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible (usually within a couple of hours).
