From October 15 onwards, we'll catch up on all outstanding messages and resume our normal support promise of less than 24 hours.
For time-sensitive issues, we'd recommend to also ask the amazing MODX community on our public community forum and/or the #modmore channel on Slack. While the community is unable of helping with license issues, chances are someone else has already dealt with what you've encountered and knows where to look for a solution. We also have a large number of FAQs that may hold the answer to your question.
If you have any important launches planned during this week, we'd encourage pushing back that deadline by a week to make sure we're around to help you promptly with any last minute issues.
