Premium MODX Support for agencies and independent developers
Since 2013, we've provided support for all of our Premium Extras. With Premium Support, you get access to the same level of support for all of MODX: including our open source Extras, third-party Extras, and all functionality in the core.
With our new prepaid support plan, seasonality in support needs is no problem. Just top-up your balance whenever you run low. Your balance stays active for a year since your last top-up.
This service is perfect for agencies and independent developers who build sites in MODX for their clients. No matter your level of MODX expertise, we'll lend you ours whenever you need it.
There are no sign-up or monthly fees; you only pay for the support time you purchase, which is valid for a year. The smallest pack is 1 hour (at €150/hr), with increasing discounts for larger packs: €125 for 2+ hours, €120 for 5+ hours, and €115 for 8+ hours. Whenever you top up your account, the validity of your full balance is extended.
While we don't currently guarantee the response time, we aim for a same business day response Mon-Thursday. From Fri-Sunday we offer limited availability for urgent issues.

How it works
1. Self-enroll in 2 clicks
Accept the Premium Support terms to set up your support plan and associated balance.
2. Enter addresses
While signing up, provide a list of email addresses that are allowed to make support requests under your plan. You can choose to give your entire team access, or require sign-off from a team lead before tickets are billed to your balance.
The ability to manage authorized email-addresses after signing up is coming to your account very soon; in the meantime feel free to email us your desired changes.
3. Purchase time
Decide how much time you'd like to book and checkout online to immediately top up your account. You can choose to buy a larger pack to unlock a lower rate, or top up whenever you need us.
Whenever you top-up your balance, it's valid for a full year.
4. Get expert help
