Herzlich Willkommen! SEDA.digital and modmore invite you to MODX Berlin 2023 on Saturday June 17th, 2023, to learn about new tools and extras and catch up with the MODX community.

MODX Berlin 2023, stacked logo

June 17th marks 10 years since modmore officially launched, back in 2013. It's been quite the ride and we're excited to share this milestone in the form of a community meetup with drinks, an early look at ContentBlocks 2.0, and more MODX goodness.

MODX Berlin 2023 takes place at SuperSonico, a cosy italian restaurant and bar located close to the Mauerpark in central Berlin, Germany.

Tickets are available right now for just €25 + VAT, and include a tapas buffet dinner plus open bar until 10pm. Special thanks to our amazing partners for helping us keep the price low.

If you're unable to join us and raise a glass with us in-person, there will be a live stream for the talks.

Hope to see you there! 💙

Venue

We're excited to welcome you to Berlin, Germany! Our venue for the day is SuperSonico, a cosy Italian restaurant and bar close to the Mauerpark in central Berlin.

There's plenty to explore in Berlin, so if you come from abroad, why not make it a weekend?

Hotel suggestions: Hotel Pension Kastanienhof (3 stars, 12 min walking), Mercure Hotel Berlin City (4 stars, 9 min by tram). Cheaper options are available further away from the city center.

Public transport is strongly recommended in Berlin. The subway and busses stop just down the road. Limited paid parking is available on the side streets.

Address: Bernauer Strasse 71/72, 13355, Berlin.

Live stream

If you're not able to join us in-person, you're most welcome to join us on the live stream on YouTube!

The live stream will be free to join. You'll be able to ask questions and engage from the chat. We ask you to register so we can let you know specifics (like the link!) in the week before the event.

Compared to the MODXpo 2022 this stream will be a bit more "DIY" with consumer tech instead of €10k+ cameras, but we're expecting sufficient video and audio quality for an enjoyable experience.

Code of Conduct

During the meetup, online and offline, and at both official or unofficial (side-) events, you're expected to abide by the MODX Code of Conduct.

COVID

As the event will be attended by people from different parts of the world and different walks of life, please consider taking a rapid/self test before traveling to Berlin, especially if you or someone near you has potential COVID symptoms.

We'll have some COVID tests available on request, but unless the local circumstances change we do not expect to take additional COVID-related measures.

Cancellations, refunds and changes

Cancellations for any reason are eligible for a full refund until June 10th, at noon CEST. After that date we will not be able to refund tickets as we'll be charged for your food regardless.

You may give your ticket to someone else until noon CEST on June 17th. Please email [email protected] with details.
