Holiday Closures

With the chaos of Black Friday behind us, it's time to look ahead and see that the next holidays are right around the corner! 

Support will be closed from December 17th - January 7th. During that window, we will only respond to critical issues or Premium Support requests. If you encounter any urgent issues during the break, we recommend enrolling in Premium Support proactively if you haven't already so we can jump right in.

Historically we've seen support gets extremely quiet from the 15th, so we're taking advantage of that to take some early time off from the daily grind. We do see a peak in support once everyone gets back into the office, so for non-urgent issues, please anticipate we may have a backlog to catch up on Jan 8th-9th.
